UNIFY YOUR BUSINESS WITH PODIO ONLINE COLLABORATION

The internet has just celebrated its 25th birthday.  It has been dubbed one of the most important inventions of our time since it has fundamentally shaped who we are as a people. It’s one of the many reasons that companies, such as Facebook, are investing millions of dollars in bringing the internet to some of the most remote places on the planet.Internet Companies

It is thanks to the internet and advances in technology that many of us are able to communicate and share information with contacts and loved ones across the globe in seconds. We’re able to start work even before we’ve arrived at the office. Many have gone one step further and actually no longer need to commute to the office to turn in a full day’s work.

There’s no doubt that both our social and professional worlds have changed.

However, whilst the power of technology may have connected millions of individuals and businesses around the world, we’re finding that many organisations are suffering from business fragmentation; data from multiple departments is stored in different databases, spreadsheets and hard drives.  From company servers through to personal inboxes through to different devices, many simply aren’t getting the latest information when it is needed all the time. And in a fast moving, highly competitive world this can spell make or break for some businesses.

Worse still, because businesses are often busy firefighting information black holes and filling customer queries and orders there’s often no time for the proactive exercise of finding one integrated solution that enables them to store, share and communicate with team members  and business partners in a simple and safe structure.

Thankfully, some very successful cloud repository companies have responded to our need to store, share and collaborate on files.  BOX and DROPBOX being just two of them. They along with a selection of other brands, such as Apple’s ICloud and Microsoft’s SkyDrive, enable businesses and individuals to back up and sync between devices important data, such as documents, photos, music and more.

However, whilst cloud repositories are highly effective at sharing business documents and data, they stop short of providing one secure online, fully integrated solution that incorporates all crucial business requirements, such as a secure company intranet where employees and business partners can collaborate and work together wherever they may be across the world, in or out of the office, via a web browser or on their mobile device, somewhere where all crucial business data, such as CRM, LEADS and PROJECTS can be viewed and manipulated in real time.

Podio Project CollaborationWorkspaceEnter PODIO, by the global leader in telepresence technology, Citrix. It does incorporate all of the above and more, from as low as £7 per organisation user, per month.  That is users within an organisation and not the unlimited number of collaborators, customers and or suppliers, who can be invited to collaborate on one of the unlimited workplaces for free.

Moreover, Citrix PODIO integrates with BOX, DROPBOX, SUGARSYNC and many other online solution providers, and, thanks to Citrix PODIO API solutions, it can even integrate to existing ERP solutions, such as SAP or Sage.

Citrix PODIO boasts hundreds of free apps on its marketplace to manage everything from recruitment through to complex workflows across all business departments.  And if an app doesn’t already exist, that’s no problem, users can simply build their own through its user friendly ‘drag and drop’ interface.  Data can simply be imported and exported with one click spreadsheets, calendars can be synced with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, and there’s easy integration with leading online brands, such as helpdesk leader, Zendesk.

There really aren’t many business challenges that Citrix PODIO cannot resolve.  And you would be forgiven for thinking that this were just another marketing gimmick but it isn’t.

Why?

Well, because we’re speaking from experience. Prospettiva has been using Citrix PODIO successfully for two years now. We manage all aspects of our organisation via an array of Citrix PODIO podio mobile apps and workflows. All of our projects feature Citrix PODIO workspaces enabling our clients to view and collaborate on project information, such as deliverables, timesheets, issues logs, and review project time consumed/remaining in real time. No need to ask for reports or hunt down the last project update spreadsheet.

It’s thanks to PODIO that we’re able to offer all of customers complete visibility over what we do.

If you’d like to find out more about the benefits of Citrix PODIO then visit the product page by clicking here or start by viewing the following short video. If you’d like to take PODIO for a test drive using your own real world scenarios  then get in touch with us, it takes minutes for us to set up your own demo workspace with your own apps and even your own data!

REFER A CONTACT, GET A £100 AMAZON EMAIL VOUCHER

What would you treat yourself to with a £100 Amazon voucher?

We were absolutely delighted to learn from a recent customer service survey that the majority  of our customers  would not only be happy to give us a reference but they’d also gladly recommend us.

What would you choose with £100?

What would you choose with £100?
Refer a business contact now.

Over the past two months, two of our customers did precisely what they promised, whilst chatting with one of their business contacts they discovered that they were in need of one of Prospettiva’s business software solutions; SAP Business One. So they referred their contact to us.

We’ve now conducted successful meetings with these contacts and are so thrilled that our customer contacts thought of us that we’ve decided to email them a THANK YOU Amazon voucher.  They’ve simply entered their redeem code on Amazon.co.uk and instantly claimed their reward.

And that’s when it occurred to us; we should reward all of our business contacts in exactly the same way.

That’s why, as of today, we’re launching the ‘refer a contact’ reward scheme.

Well, it’s not exactly a scheme because we’re not into all of that complicated stuff of collecting and  exchanging points.  Our reward promise is very simple; if you know a company that would benefit from of our products or services, such as SAP Business One HANA, Sage 200 or any of the services from the SOLUTIONS page on our website at  www.prospettiva.co.uk  then let us know about it.

Send us a message  or call 0845 257 6001 with their details and we’ll get in touch with them. For every confirmed new opportunity (a company that is not already known to us that is genuinely interested in our products and or services) meeting , we’ll reward you personally with an Amazon email voucher for £100!

It’s that simple.

It’s our way of saying thank you so very much for thinking of us.

So what are you waiting for? Share the love with Prospettiva!

PROSPETTIVA RECRUITS NEW TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

Just days after launching the Prospettiva brand,  we’re delighted to announce the appointment of our newest SAP Business One Certified Technical Consultant, Campbell Hore.

Campbell joins us from Glasgow where he was previously supporting students studying Strathclyde University’s industry-savvy Electronic & Electrical Engineering degree. Campbell also has over 15 years IT experience and has a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence as well as a second Masters in Natural Language Processing at NAIST, Japan, where, for 2 years, he was also an administrator for the laboratory’s Linux servers.  Campbell has also worked at sites in the NHS, Social Work, Skills Development Scotland, schools and leading universities in the UK and Japan.

With over 7 years experience of living and working in Japan, Campbell speaks Japanese fluently, and adapts easily to new environments so we’re anticipating a very smooth transition as he joins the rest of the Prospettiva team.

Managing  Director, Tony Marturano, stated that Campbell’s appointment was part of Prospettiva’s drive to offer customers an improved experience. “It would be easy to think that simply adding somebody else to the helpdesk would equal a better user experience for our customers. But for us it was more than that, we wanted somebody with the right interpersonal traits as well as the skill set to support multiple products across our portfolio. Campbell brings all of these attributes and we’re thrilled to have him on board.”

Campbell will be driving development of web-based software at Prospettiva; supporting general software development; and, as a SAP Certified Application Associate for SAP Business One, he will join Jo, Tristan and the rest of the team both in technical support and implementation services.

Like the rest of the team here at Prospettiva, Campbell is very friendly and passionate about delivering excellent customer care, so be sure to say hello next time you call us.

Welcome to improved customer care. Welcome to Prospettiva!

CGA ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS BECOMES PROSPETTIVA

After decades of implementing business software solutions, CGA Enterprise Solutions Ltd has evolved and has now become Prospettiva Ltd with a new streamlined portfolio which includes a series of cloud and hosting solutions aimed at start-up businesses  with a limited budget and established businesses looking to cut IT costs.

Managing Director and CEO, Tony Marturano and Technical Director, Tristan Hore, revealed the new brand on Saturday 30th June at an exclusive black tie gala attended by over 50 guests made up of family, friends and customers, some of whom have been CGA customers for nearly 20 years.

During a spectacular presentation featuring Hollywood trailer style imagery and music, Mr Marturano stated, “Our strategy is not to simply chase down new business but to look closer to home, by that I mean taking care of our existing customers.” He then went on to cite Prospettiva’s core values; Professionalism; at all times,  proficiency; being at the forefront of technological changes,  proactivity; with proactive maintenance health checks as standard across all new comprehensive maintenance plans, and  a focus on achieving 100% referenceability from its customers.

During his speech, Mr Marturano also paid tribute to former Managing Director, Paul Martin, and Technical Director, Andrew Brooker, saying that each in their own way had been an inspiration to him over the past 17 years.

Mr Martin stepped down as Managing Director of CGA Enterprise Solutions 6 months ago as part of a planned succession strategy initiated by him back in 2011.  Mr Martin, who attended Saturday night’s gala along with the former Technical Director, said “It’s fitting that CGA Enterprise Solutions should cease to exist just days before I assume my new  role at SAP UK.  I’m comforted by the fact that, with Tony, whom I consider to be a good friend, I’m leaving the business in capable hands. And I’m glad that, by working at SAP, I’ll be able to keep in regular contact with Tony and the team. ”

Prospettiva is a cloud enabled /paperless company and has been for the past 6 months.  “When we recommend a product, where possible, we want it to be because we’ve already tried and tested it,” said Mr Marturano.

With the launch of Prospettiva, it was necessary to change some contact details. Links have been published below and all business partners are asked to please update their records, effective immediately as trading under the new brand name commenced on the 1st July 2012.
